  Excellent service!!! Fresh food and family oriented an a+  all around .the prices for being so close to the casino were amazing

  Parking adequate. Enough seat for 5 at 10am Saturday.  90% packed. Came for breakfast.
  Very old retro diner feel.  
  
  Chilaquiles with steak was a miss. Steak itself was good but I wasn't asked how I want my steak.  The chilaquiles came very soggy. No bueno. Not recommended.
  
  Huevos a la mexicana is like a breakfast soft shell taco. Rice,  beans,  and eggs to be assembled with corn tortilla wraps. It was good. Large portions. Can feed 2 people. Recommended. Btw, menu says they charge $2 extra if you order one dish to share.
  
  Steak omelette was average. Recommend ordering something else.
  
  Western omelette was good. Recommend.
  
  Mexican burrito was average.
  
  Ice tea with free refill was refreshing.
  
  Overall recommend the place. Probably one of the few better places in the area. Would come back for lunch / dinner next time.

  The food was really good, it is a cute mom and pop place. My friends family actually owns the restaurant. But unfortunately, our waitress was not super nice. My brother and I ordered the same thing, and we were given a completely different order and then told that we placed the order wrong. My mom also got the same dish, but somehow they managed to get her order right. We also had two separate checks, and my dad had paid for both. But, when he asked her to put the bills on a separate amount, our waitress again copped an attitude. Unfortunately I will not be returning because at the end of the day, your customers are what allows your business to be run. And I don't think that we were being unreasonable.

  Our go to breakfast place Tuesday mornings before grocery shopping. Super cheap breakfast specials before 8 AM.  Even after 8 easily under $20 for two including coffees.  Decor is out of the 70s but basic egg breakfasts have stayed the same since then too so it works.  Keep meaning to go back later some day for their Mexican food which also gets raves.   Run by a family and they will make you feel like family too.

  I found this place on yelp, what a find!! They still serve breakfast at 1230pm, which I was happy about. From the outside, you can't tell how great the food is. I was extremely happy with the taste of Mexican cooking and the extremely polite service, my girlfriend kept it simple with bacon and eggs, but she added a bit of salsa verde, wow!! To die for! If you're around the area of Mohegan Sun, you should really consider visiting the small but taste restaurant, only five minutes away. They also serve lunch and dinner.
